Welcome to Li-Da. These Terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Carlson Koh ("Li-Da", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Li-Da.
Li-Da is a browser-based stock-research and decision-support tool. It pulls market data and produces an AI-generated "read" — a bull case, a bear case, a confidence level, and price levels to consider — to help you think before you trade. Li-Da does not give financial advice, does not manage money, and does not execute or place any trades. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Li-Da is for personal, non-commercial use.
Li-Da is not a licensed financial adviser and nothing it provides is a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, or hold any security. Every read is one input for your own judgment. All decisions, and all gains or losses, are yours.
Li-Da relies on third-party market data and AI, which may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Li-Da is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Li-Da and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage — including investment or trading losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, Li-Da or its reads. You use Li-Da at your own risk.
You agree to use Li-Da lawfully; not to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its APIs; not to attempt to bypass usage limits or security; and to keep your account credentials secure.
You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service.
The Li-Da name, logo, design, and original content are ours. Third-party data and trademarks belong to their owners.
Li-Da uses third-party providers (data, hosting, AI, email) and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use means you accept them.
You may stop using Li-Da any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the Malaysian courts.
